Cinco de las nuevas especies presentan una nueva transici\u00f3n de fase descubierta en el likso4, por lo que son materiales potencialmente piroel\u00e9ctricos, diez de ellos son materiales potencialmente ferroel\u00e1sticos y nueve, materiales potencialmente ferroel\u00e9ctricos. Las t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas para caracterizar y estudiar estos compuestos han sido difracci\u00f3n de rayos x a temperatura variable, microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido, calorimetr\u00eda diferencial de barrido y resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear de s\u00f3lidos (cp-mas). En algunos de los nuevos compuestos el rango de temperaturas en las que el material presenta la propiedad ferroel\u00e9ctrica o ferroel\u00e1stica se ha ampliado con respecto al compuesto del que deriva, por lo que mediante la formaci\u00f3n de soluciones s\u00f3lidas se pueden preparar nuevos materiales.  como resultado de este trabajo se han abierto nuevas rutas para el estudio de las
