Dicha caracterizaci\u00f3n se ha realizado b\u00e1sicamente mediante t\u00e9cnicas de redisoluci\u00f3n an\u00f3dica, particularmente la alsv. Mediante estudios realizados sobre diferentes sustratos y en distintas condiciones experimentales, se ha planteado una interpretaci\u00f3n de la respuesta electroqu\u00edmica que permite obtener de una forma r\u00e1pida y suficientemente precisa la composici\u00f3n y la estructura de la aleaci\u00f3n. Los resultados electroqu\u00edmicos han sido comprobados mediante diferentes t\u00e9cnicas ex-situ (drx, xps, sem, tem, &#8230;).  se ha comprobado que dep\u00f3sitos obtenidos en condiciones industriales con ba\u00f1os \u00e1cidos de nh4cl est\u00e1n formados b\u00e1sicamente por fase y peque\u00f1as proporciones de las dos fases y la formaci\u00f3n de la fase se produce mayoritariamente durante las etapas iniciales del proceso de deposici\u00f3n, provocando la aparici\u00f3n de un perfil de concentraci\u00f3n en el espesor del dep\u00f3sito.
