{"id":33674,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/aproximaciones-sinteticas-a-los-alcaloides-indolicos-del-grupo-de-la-akuamilina\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"aproximaciones-sinteticas-a-los-alcaloides-indolicos-del-grupo-de-la-akuamilina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/aproximaciones-sinteticas-a-los-alcaloides-indolicos-del-grupo-de-la-akuamilina\/","title":{"rendered":"Aproximaciones sinteticas a los alcaloides indolicos del grupo de la akuamilina."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Antonio Ramirez Garcia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La adici\u00f3n nucle\u00f3fila de enolatos derivados de \u00e9steres del \u00e1cido 3-indolac\u00e9tico sobre sales de n-alquilpiridinio, seguida de ciclaci\u00f3n inducida por \u00e1cido de la 1,4-dihidropiridina resultante, constituye una v\u00eda extraordinariamente directa para la construcci\u00f3n del sistema de hexahidro-1,5-metanoazocino 3,4-b indol.  la hidr\u00f3lisis y descarboxilaci\u00f3n seguida de reducci\u00f3n del sistema de -(1,4,5,6-tetrahidro-3-piridil) acrilato de metilo presente en los anteriores compuestos posibilita el acceso a derivados tetrac\u00edclicos que incorporan los anillos abde de los alcaloides del grupo de la akuamilina y los sustituyentes caracter\u00edsticos de los mismos, un grupo (e)-etilideno en c-20 y un grupo metoxicarbonilo en c-16.  no obstante, el cierre del puente de triptamina de los alcaloides del grupo de la akuamilina a partir de precursores tetrac\u00edclicos sustituidos sobre el nitr\u00f3geno piperid\u00ednico por una cadena funcionalizada de dos \u00e1tomos de carbono no constituye una v\u00eda de acceso a estos alcaloides. La formaci\u00f3n del enlace c6-c7 no tiene lugar por ninguno de los distintos procedimientos ensayados a lo largo del trabajo (ciclaciones electr\u00f3filas, fotociclaci\u00f3n de cloroacetamidas, ciclaciones radicalarias o bien por transposici\u00f3n de foto-fries), debido probablemente a que ello supondr\u00eda la generaci\u00f3n de un centro cuaternario muy congestionado y un aumento de la rigidez del sistema, con fuertes interacciones transanulares.  la reacci\u00f3n de hexahidro-1,5-metanoazocino 3,4-b indoles con agentes acilantes, seguida de reducci\u00f3n de los dihidrocarbazoles resultantes, constituye un buen procedimiento para la preparaci\u00f3n de sustratos adecuados (tetrahidrocarbazoles) para ensayar la formaci\u00f3n del enlace clave c6-c7 por ciclaci\u00f3n sobre la posici\u00f3n 3 del indol. As\u00ed, es posible la generaci\u00f3n del centro cuaternario c7 caracter\u00edstico de los alcaloides del grupo de la akauamilina por formaci\u00f3n de dicho enlace y, por
