Posteriormente el material se introduce en disoluci\u00f3n de lano3 0,1 m.  el material as\u00ed modificado se compara con el material sin modificar en su comportamiento frente a la oxidaci\u00f3n a 900 y 1000 grados c en atm\u00f3sfera de aire sint\u00e9tico.  los resultados obtenidos muestran una estructura de las capas de \u00f3xidos formadas en el material modificado, basada en: una capa de cristales tipo espinela mn-cr-fe, bajo \u00e9sta una zona rica en lantano, bajo la cual existe una capa de \u00f3xidos constituidas b\u00e1sicamente por \u00f3xido de cromo. Finalmente una capa de \u00f3xidos de si que act\u00faan a modo de anclaje la cascarilla a la aleaci\u00f3n.  el comportamiento que ofrece el material modificado puede situarse en torno a un factor de x60 en los ensayos a 900 grados c, el comportamiento a 1000 grados c ofrece problemas en las zonas que son especialmente conflictivas.  se ha conseguido elevar la temperatura de trabajo desde los 700
