Se critican algunos elementos del primer nivel de concrecion del dise\u00f1o elaborado por el departamento de ense\u00f1anza de la generalitat de catalu\u00f1a. Se discute la concepcion de los procedimientos y de las actitudes como contenidos y no como actividades de ense\u00f1anza o objetivos de aprendizaje.  se ofrece una alternativa de nuevo ordenamiento de los elementos del dise\u00f1o curricular y se ejemplifican en el area de las ciencias sociales dise\u00f1ando un credito especifico sobre la historia de catalu\u00f1a que se experimento en un centro de ense\u00f1anza. Los resultados y las conclusiones de esta experiencia constituyen la parte aplicada y evaluativa de la tesis. Los resultados muestran la necesidad de adaptar el actual marco curricular a partir de la critica de todos sus componentes por parte de los centros especificos y de los profesores que lo han de llevar
