{"id":33727,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-la-apoptosis-en-linfocitos-de-raton\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-de-la-apoptosis-en-linfocitos-de-raton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/estudio-de-la-apoptosis-en-linfocitos-de-raton\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de la apoptosis en linfocitos de raton."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Doce Cebreiro Juan a M. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La apoptosis es un proceso de muerte celular controlado que se manifiesta en numerosas poblaciones celulares, destacando por su importancia y extensi\u00f3n en la inmunocapacitaci\u00f3n de los timocitos.  en nuestro estudio observamos que la apoptosis de los timocitos in vitro puede ser inducida por la elevaci\u00f3n de los niveles de calcio citos\u00f3lico, por concentraciones fisiol\u00f3gicas de glucocorticoides o a trav\u00e9s de la activaci\u00f3n del complejo tcr-cd3 y que esta actividad desciende a medida que se avanza en la inmunocapacitaci\u00f3n de los linfocitos t. Comprobamos que la apoptosis de los timocitos inducida por la elevaci\u00f3n de calcio citos\u00f3lico o por glucocorticoides es dependiente de la s\u00edntesis de prote\u00ednas y mrna y que la cya, un conocido f\u00e1rmaco inmunosupresor, inhibe la muerte apopt\u00f3tica inducida por la elevaci\u00f3n de calcio en timocitos aislados y en timocitos fetales, as\u00ed como la inducida en estos \u00faltimos a trav\u00e9s de la activaci\u00f3n del tcr-cd3.  la importancia del microambiente t\u00edmico se pone de manifiesto cuando investigamos c\u00f3mo los componentes celulares y factores solubles del timo regulan la apoptosis, sobresaliendo la actividad inhibitoria de la il-1 y la il-2 cuando este proceso es inducido por la elevaci\u00f3n de calcio.  el estudio de los mecanismos de transducci\u00f3n que podr\u00edan regular la actividad apopt\u00f3tica de los timocitos muestra la clara participaci\u00f3n de la pkc y la pka dependiente de ampc en la inducci\u00f3n por la elevaci\u00f3n de los niveles de calcio citos\u00f3lico.  finalmente constatamos que mecanismos de fosforilaci\u00f3n\/desfosforilaci\u00f3n participan en la apoptosis inducida por la elevaci\u00f3n de calcio en timocitos al observarse un descenso en la concentraci\u00f3n de fosfoprote\u00ednas en el rango de pm de 40 a 12 kda y repetirse este patr\u00f3n cuando la activaci\u00f3n apopt\u00f3tica se induce directamente a trav\u00e9s de la pkc.
