No obstante, los resultados obtenidos hasta la fecha, parecen indicar que la vacuna encapsulada sufre un proceso de inactivaci\u00f3n durante el procedimiento de encapsulaci\u00f3n y tras su exposici\u00f3n a condiciones fisiol\u00f3gicas.  en esta memoria experimental se han estudiado las principales causas de inactivaci\u00f3n del toxoide tet\u00e1nico encapsulado en microsferas de poli(\u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico-co-glic\u00f3lico) (plga). El conocimiento de las mismas nos ha permitido desarrollar y evaluar una serie de estrategias para la estabilizaci\u00f3n de la vacuna encapsulada, basadas, fundamentalmente, en la incorporaci\u00f3n de aditivos estabilizantes en las microsferas de plga, as\u00ed como la modificaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y fisicoqu\u00edmica del pol\u00edmero.
