Para ello se introduce en la modelizaci\u00f3n fenomenol\u00f3gica para efectos de fluctuaciones t\u00e9rmicas gaussianas.  los observables considerados son las conductividades el\u00e9ctrica en la direcci\u00f3n intra-laminar, tanto par campos magn\u00e9tica nulos o d\u00e9biles (magnetoconductividad), la susceptibilidad magn\u00e9tica bajo campos magn\u00e9ticos d\u00e9biles, y la capacidad calor\u00edfica a campos nulos.  tambi\u00e9n se calcula dentro de ese modelo el criterio de levanyuk-ginzburg que informa de la m\u00e1xima cercan\u00eda a la temperatura cr\u00edtica para la que la aproximaci\u00f3n gaussiana es v\u00e1lida.  se compara estos resultados te\u00f3ricos con la informaci\u00f3n experimental existente en el compuesto yba2cu307-8, determin\u00e1ndose que le escenario te\u00f3rico propuesto explica los datos experimentales en una regi\u00f3n que abarca distancias a la temperatura cr\u00edtica de 2 a 10 k, tanto en la fase normal como en la superconductora. Este l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de cercan\u00eda a la transici\u00f3n concuerda con la predicci\u00f3n resultando de las expresiones obtenidas para el criterio de levanyuk-ginzburg.  en el escenario te\u00f3rico que se propone, los as\u00ed llamados efectos indirectos de las fluctuaciones son despreciables, lo que sugiere un acoplamiento superconductor en simetr\u00eda no esf\u00e9rica. As\u00edmismo, este escenario implica que el fen\u00f3meno superconductor en estos materiales sucede en cada uno de  sus planos de de cuo2, y no en formaciones biplanares como usualmente se considera
