Para resolver el problema se utilizar\u00e1n como herramienta destacada las redes neuronales artificiales (rnas). Se pretende la construcci\u00f3n de sbrds en una doble vertiente: descriptiva y aproximativa. En el dise\u00f1o primar\u00e1 el uso de un n\u00famero reducido de reglas. Se proponen m\u00e9todos de extracci\u00f3n de reglas difusas. La metodolog\u00eda de selecci\u00f3n es un procedimiento que, partiendo de etiquetas fijas, produce sbrds descriptivos.  para desarrollar sbrds aproximativos, se propone la metodolog\u00eda constructiva que, mediante un proceso de agrupamiento difuso, y posterior aproximaci\u00f3n de los grupos, realiza una construcci\u00f3n completa de la base de reglas. Para los casos en que es necesario un ajuste de las etiquetas lingu\u00edsticas, se ha dise\u00f1ado un m\u00e9todo de ajuste basado en el enfriamiento simulado. Tambi\u00e9n se propone una metodolog\u00eda distribuida adecuada para problemas complejos o con muchos datos. Finalmente, el estudio de la relaci\u00f3n entre rnas y sbrds se condensa en un teorema que establece su igualdad. La descomposici\u00f3n de las reglas empleadas en este teorema por otras m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de interpretar requiere el desarrollo de un nuevo operador, denominado o-interactivo, que posee
