Se seleccionaron 26 reci\u00e9n nacidos hiperbilirrubin\u00e9micos a los que se les realizar\u00eda una exanguinotransfusion por hiperbilirrubinemias, obteni\u00e9ndose muestras sangu\u00edneas de intercambios antes del inicio, al 25%, 50%, 75% y 100% del intercambio. Se midieron variables hematol\u00f3gicas (coulter electronic), bioqu\u00edmicas (espectrofotometr\u00eda) y hemorreol\u00f3gicas (viscosimetro de ca\u00edda de bola. Ratke). El an\u00e1lisis de datos fue realizado mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de test de comparaci\u00f3n de medias (anova) y t\u00e9cnicas de correlaci\u00f3n y regresi\u00f3n. El resultado de mayor inter\u00e9s radic\u00f3 en la demostraci\u00f3n de una estabilizaci\u00f3n de la bilirrubina del 50% del intercambio. Un descenso del \u00edndice de rigidez y un aumento del calcio y l\u00edpidos igualmente del 50% del intercambio.  conclusion.  se propone ampliar el proyecto para confirmar los resultados y en
