{"id":33865,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-fotodegradacion-y-determinacion-del-insecticida-imidacloprid\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-de-fotodegradacion-y-determinacion-del-insecticida-imidacloprid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/estudio-de-fotodegradacion-y-determinacion-del-insecticida-imidacloprid\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de fotodegradacion y determinacion del insecticida imidacloprid."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Rachid El Khattabi <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El imidacloprid es un insecticida acaricida recientemente comercializado por la casa bayer, su nombre qu\u00edmico seg\u00fan la iupac es el 1-(6-cloro-3-piridilmetil)-n-nitroimidazolidin-2-ilideneam ina.  en esta memoria nos hemos centrado en el estudio de fotodegradaci\u00f3n solar del imidacloprid en medio acuoso que nos ha permitido conocer su comportamiento; as\u00ed se determin\u00f3 que la reacci\u00f3n de fotodegradaci\u00f3n solar del imidacloprid en medio acuoso es de primer orden con un tiempo de vida media de 6.66 horas.  asimismo se ha establecido la naturaleza de cuatro de sus metabolitos, las propiedades de dos de ellos nos ha permitido proponer dos m\u00e9todos para su detecci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n en distintas matrices de inter\u00e9s. Uno mediante espectrofluorimetr\u00eda fotoinducida y se ha aplicado a aguas naturales y formulaci\u00f3n comercial \u00abconfidor\u00bb con un l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n ld = 0.7 mug.L-1.  otro mediante cromatograf\u00eda de gases con detector de masas y se ha aplicado a aguas naturales con un l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n ld = 0.2 mug.L-1, muestras de suelo ld = 0.8 mug.Kg-1 y muestras vegetales \u00ed\u00b5tomate, pimiento, pepino y jud\u00eda verde ld = 1.3 mug.Kg-1\u00ed\u00a5.  asimismo se ha realizado el estudio de la reacci\u00f3n de reducci\u00f3n del compuesto en un electrodo de gota de mercurio, mediante el cual se ha puesto de manifiesto que el imidacloprid se reduce en dos ondas cat\u00f3dicas bien definidas irreversibles, ambas de naturaleza difusiva, en la primera de ellas el grupo nitro-imina capta 4 hidrogenoiones y 4 electrones originando el correspondiente grupo hidroxilamina, en la segunda onda la hidroxilamina capta 2 hidrogenoiones y 2 electrones originando la correspondiente amina.  se ha propuesto un m\u00e9todo para la detecci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n del imidacloprid por polarograf\u00eda tanto en la modalidad de barrido lineal como en la de barrido pulsante diferencial.
