Concretamente se ha realizado la s\u00edntesis de la denominada ll-z1271alfa, que posee una interesante actividad como fungicida as\u00ed como la denominada nagilactona f, con demostrada actividad antitumoral.  los productos de partidas para estas s\u00edntesis han sido los \u00e1cidos cis y trans-com\u00fanicos, aislados de la resina contenida en las bayas de enebro, material comercial ya que es el producto de partida para la obtenci\u00f3n de la esencia de ginebra.  una vez obtenidos los \u00e9steres met\u00edlicos de la mezcla de \u00e1cidos com\u00fanicos, se procede a la degradaci\u00f3n selectiva de la cadena del esqueleto labd\u00e1nico, fundamentalmente por ozonolisis y\/o epoxidaciones selectivas. La oxidaci\u00f3n y posterior esterificaci\u00f3n del resto de cadena, funcionalizaci\u00f3n del exometileno 8(17) y ciclaci\u00f3n posterior conduce a la lactona que constituye el anillo c. La posterior oxidaci\u00f3n conduce al dieno 7,9(11) caracter\u00edstico que es hidroxilado\/metilado o hidroxilado\/alquilado. La formaci\u00f3n del anillo d se obtiene por funcionalizaci\u00f3n en c-6 con tetracetato de plomo, desbloqueo de \u00e9ster met\u00edlico y lactonizaci\u00f3n. La nagilactona f tambi\u00e9n se ha obtenido por isopropilaci\u00f3n directa de los labdadienos degradados, funcionalizaci\u00f3n en c-6, formaci\u00f3n de la lactona del anillo d y posterior hidroxilaci\u00f3n al\u00edlica y lactonizaci\u00f3n para formar la lactona del anillo c.  se ha probado la actividad antimicrobiana, antitumoral y alelop\u00e1tica de los productos obtenidos, siendo los productos ll-z1271alfa y su ep\u00edmero los m\u00e1s activos frente a gram+, como antineopl\u00e1sicos y como inhibidores de crecimiento en plantas, siendo en este \u00faltimo caso incluso
