Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n se propuso determinar los patrones evolutivos en las variables de procesamiento que diferencian a los grupos de lectores deficientes de distintas edades, de los lectores eficaces equiparados tanto en edad cronol\u00f3gica como en nivel lector; especificar el conjunto de variables con mayor potencia discriminativa entre los tres grupos, y delimitar el set de variables que predicen el rendimiento lector. En un segundo momento, se dirigi\u00f3 a analizar la formaci\u00f3n de subtipos entre los lectores problem\u00e1ticos. El grupo de lectores de \u00abalto riesgo\u00bb (deficientes lectores m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes) mostr\u00f3 un patr\u00f3n de procesamiento de la informaci\u00f3n caracterizado por la inferior actuaci\u00f3n en todas la variables, al ser comparado con el grupo de buenos lectores, diferenci\u00e1ndose del grupo de \u00ablectores deficientes\u00bb (de mayor edad), de forma caracter\u00edstica, en su peor actuaci\u00f3n en las variables fon\u00f3logicas y fonograf\u00e9micas. Ambos grupos de lectores deficientes comparten debilidades de procesamiento en la variable memoria a corto plazo y procesamiento ortogr\u00e1fico. El an\u00e1lisis de cluster para determinar las clasificaciones de segundo orden, condujo a la extracci\u00f3n de tres subtipos entre los 57 sujetos con problemas lectores. Los tres subtipos se caracterizaron por la dificultad en la memoria a corto plazo (subtipo 1), que apareci\u00f3 en combinaci\u00f3n con dificultades en codificaci\u00f3n fonol\u00f3gica y ortogr\u00e1fica (subtipo 2) y con dificultades en todas las variables de procesamiento (subtipo 3).
