enzim\u00e1tica de celobiosa y carboximetilcelulosa con celluclast, preparado comercial de celulasas de t.Reesei.  se ha comprobado que no existe desactivaci\u00f3n apreciable de la enzima entre ph 3.9 y 5.9 y hasta 60 c y que existe un tiempo de parada de reacci\u00f3n significativo.  mediante los m\u00e9todos diferencial e integral se ha determinado que la hidr\u00f3lisis de celobiosa responde a una cin\u00e9tica de michaelis-menten.  el estudio de la hidr\u00f3lisis de carboximetilcelulosa se ha realizado llevando a cabo experimentos de hidr\u00f3lisis total para establecer las productividades m\u00e1ximas en glucosa y global y experimentos para estudiar la cin\u00e9tica de la actuaci\u00f3n de las endoglucanasas y de las exoglucanasas existentes en el complejo
