prote\u00edna que interviene en la fibrinolisis y cuyo d\u00e9ficit condiciona la aparici\u00f3n de fen\u00f3menos tromb\u00f3ticos.  se estudia la at-iii en 50 pacientes con infarto agudo de miocardio determinando la at-iii en primer d\u00eda, segundo d\u00eda y octavo d\u00eda; la concentraci\u00f3n de at-iii estaba elevada en fases iniciales, intermedias y tard\u00edas, se correlaciona con el fibrin\u00f3geno, comport\u00e1ndose como reactante biol\u00f3gico-prot\u00e9ico.  la at-iii en pacientes tratados con heparina s\u00f3dica desciende, con heparina de bajo peso molecular no se modifica y con cumarinas se eleva la concentraci\u00f3n plasm\u00e1tica.  en el infarto agudo de miocardio la at-iii al elevarse act\u00faa como fen\u00f3meno biol\u00f3gico protector frente a la
