Chrysogenum y a.  nidulans, un comportamiento similar en cuanto a la producci\u00f3n de penicilina para la secuencia ala-asn-ile del extremo c-terminal de la iat de a. Nidulans y para la secuencia ala-arg-leu del extremo c-terminal de la prote\u00edna de p. Chrysogenum, la ausencia de incremento en la producci\u00f3n de penicilina al amplificarse el gen pende de p. Chrysogenum bajo el control de un promotor m\u00e1s eficiente del metabolismo primario en cepas de dicho microorganismo con alta producci\u00f3n de antibi\u00f3tico y la necesidad de la presencia de regiones de adn f\u00edsicamente pr\u00f3ximas en el genoma para la expresi\u00f3n del gen pende de p.
