Para ello, los microelectrodos se fabrican en el laboratorio, utilizando un procedimiento que permite obtener electrodos reproducibles, resistentes, de bajo coste y que resultan apropiados para su utilizaci\u00f3n en todo tipo de disolventes y susceptibles de ser incorporados a c\u00e9lulas de flujo para su aplicaci\u00f3n en fia y hplc. Una vez preparados, los microelectrodos se caracterizan por microscop\u00eda de barrido electr\u00f3nico y se estudia su comportamiento voltamperom\u00e9trico en disolventes no acuosos: tolueno, acetato de etilo y acetonitrilo, frente al sistema modelo ferricinio\/ferroceno. A partir del estudio voltamperom\u00e9trico del aditivo 4-hidroxi-3-metoxibenzaldehido (vainillina) y de los antioxidantes bha y bht, se desarrollan m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n de dichos compuestos, aplic\u00e1ndolos, respectivamente, al an\u00e1lisis de muestras de flan deshidratado y de de pure de patatas.  se preparan tambi\u00e9n microelectrodos modificados conpoli(3-metiltiofeno), por electrodeposici\u00f3n del pol\u00edmero sobre la fibra de carbono, optimiz\u00e1ndose las condiciones de electropolimerizaci\u00f3n mediante voltamperometr\u00eda c\u00edclica. Los microelectrodos modificados se caracterizan mediante microscop\u00eda de barrido electr\u00f3nico y se estudia su comportamiento voltamperom\u00e9trico en diferentes medios. La respuesta voltamperom\u00e9trica del antioxidante fen\u00f3lico propil galato ha permitido desarrollar un m\u00e9todo para su determinaci\u00f3n en muestras de sopa deshidratada. Por otra parte, se ha estudiado el proceso de oxidaci\u00f3n electroqu\u00edmica de dicho compuesto, as\u00ed como el comportamiento de otros antioxidantes sobre el microelectrodo modificado, observ\u00e1ndose la posibilidad de resolver mezclas ternarias de estos aditivos. Finalmente, se ha desarrollado un sensor de nadh para la determinaci\u00f3n de este compuesto mediante inyecci\u00f3n en flujo con detecci<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
