Hasta el momento, nunca se ha conseguido realizar una capsulotom\u00eda de un tama\u00f1o exacto, tampoco se consigui\u00f3 medir el descentrado del pseudofaco dentro del saco capsular de manera directa y sencilla. Este trabajo se divide en dos estudios: 1) un estudio experimental que consiste en el desarrollo de un nuevo instrumento (trepanocapsulotomo) capaz de cortar la c\u00e1psula anterior del cristalino tanto de ojos de animales (conejos) como de ojos de cad\u00e1veres humanos con un tama\u00f1o predeterminado y de forma circular. 2) un estudio cl\u00ednico consiste en el desarrollo de un m\u00e9todo nuevo para medir el descentrado del lent\u00edculo dentro del ojo, comparando el descentrado entre dos capsulotom\u00edas: la capsulorhexis circular cont\u00ednua y la capsulotom\u00eda lineal. Los resultados del estudio experimental, tanto en ojos de animales como en ojos de cad\u00e1veres, el instrumento corta la c\u00e1psula del cristalino de tama\u00f1o y forma exactos y totalmente reproducibles. Con respecto al estudio cl\u00ednico, se ve que, el lent\u00edculo est\u00e1 mejor centrado con la t\u00e9cnica de la c.C.C. Que con la t\u00e9cnica de la capsulotom\u00eda lineal; aunque ambas t\u00e9cnicas ofrecen un centrado satisfactorio.  concluyendo, podemos afirmar que, el nuevo dise\u00f1o cumple su papel en realizar una capsulotom\u00eda circular perfecta y de tama\u00f1o predeterminado y que el nuevo m\u00e9todo mide de manera sencilla y r\u00e1pida el descentrado de la lente intraocular dentro del
