Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Puesta a punto de la metodolog\u00eda de aplicaci\u00f3n de la met al estudio de estratos pict\u00f3ricos y primeras aportaciones de esta t\u00e9cnica en la identificaci\u00f3n de materiales pict\u00f3ricos en obras de arte. En la primera parte de la investigaci\u00f3n se realiza una revisi\u00f3n formal y estructural de la obra de la pintura de caballete, y una recopilaci\u00f3n y estudio de manuscritos antiguos. En la segunda parte se exponen las caracter\u00edsticas generales de las t\u00e9cnicas microsc\u00f3picas utilizadas (mo, meb y met) y la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada para la aplicaci\u00f3n de la met en el estudio de muestras estratigr\u00e1ficas procedentes de obra real. La tercera parte recoge los resultados en el estudio de muestras de seis obras de los siglos xiv-xvi, mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de estas t\u00e9cnicas.
