Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El paf es un autacoide fosfolip\u00eddico que se ha implicado en numerosos procesos fisiol\u00f3gicos y patol\u00f3gicos. Se han caracterizado receptores de paf en cerebro asign\u00e1ndole un papel neuromodulador en el snc. En este trabajo se ha intentado determinar de forma detallada los mecanismos de transducci\u00f3n del paf en cerebro.  los resultados han puesto de manifiesto que el paf es capaz de activar la plc, generando ip3 y dag, hecho que produce la activaci\u00f3n de la pkc. Tambi\u00e9n es capaz de activar la fosforilaci\u00f3n en tirosina de las prote\u00ednas pl25fak y p130cas en hipocampo y en corteza cerebral; mediante un mecanismo dependiente de calcio e independiente de pkc. Por otro lado se ha encontrado una relaci\u00f3n entre el paf y el no en el hipocampo que desemboca en un aumento de cgmp.
