Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El acoplamiento de receptores opioides a m\u00faltiples prote\u00ednas g es una caracter\u00edstica observada en diferentes sistemas, que permite a los agonistas opioides regular diversos sistemas efectores. La identidad del agonista contribuye a la especificidad del acoplamiento. Mediante estudios de uni\u00f3n de radioligandos hemos podido estudiar la afinidad mostrada por una serie de agonistas opioides en sistemas in vitro, en los que se ha reducido la disponibilidad de un tipo concreto de prote\u00edna g.  por otra parte, este trabajo aporta datos acerca de la naturaleza molecular de los subtipos de receptores opioides mu1\/mu2 y delta1\/delta2 descritos farmacol\u00f3gicamente en sistemas in vivo e in vitro.
