A este fin se han implementado nuevas parametrizaciones f\u00edsicas m\u00e1s adecuadas a los sistemas atmosf\u00e9ricos que m\u00e1s condicionan el clima en la pen\u00ednsula ib\u00e9rica y se han mejorado algunos esquemas num\u00e9ricos para reducir el tiempo de c\u00e1lculo.  esta versi\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica se ha verificado mediante la comparaci\u00f3n de los resultados del modelo aplicado en determinados periodos mensuales con las correspondientes observaciones disponibles. Esto se ha realizado anidando el modelo en los an\u00e1lisis del ecmwf, siguiendo el m\u00e9todo conocido como \u00abanidado con condiciones de contorno perfectas\u00bb.  finalmente, se han llevado a cabo simulaciones mensuales correspondientes a escenario de clima actual (1xc02) y \u00abperturbado\u00bb (2xco2), anidando esta versi\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica del modelo promes-ucm en el modelo regional de clima del hadley centre for climate research (r.U.).
