La presente tesis doctoral utilizando un modelo celular de astrocitos en cultivo primario, ha profundizado en el conocimiento de las bases moleculares de control de la expresi\u00f3n de esta prote\u00edna.  el estudio se centra en la funci\u00f3n de distintos mensajeros intracelulares lip\u00eddicos, fundamentalmente la recientemente descrita v\u00eda de las ceramidas en la regulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n del ngf. Se han estudiado algunos de los posibles sistemas de fosforilaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas implicados, as\u00ed como la posible relaci\u00f3n con un importante factor de transcripci\u00f3n nuclear. En resumen los resultados obtenidos atribuyen un papel a la v\u00eda de generaci\u00f3n de las ceramidas en la regulaci\u00f3n de la s\u00edntesis del ngf, la cascada de map quinasas y permiten postular un posible papel de la prote\u00edna pkc z. Adem\u00e1s se pone en evidencia la coordinaci\u00f3n entre los sistemas de transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales que implican glicero y esfingol\u00edpidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
