Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de esta tesis doctoral ha sido el conocimiento de los or\u00edgenes de las vanguardias art\u00edsticas en Madrid, as\u00ed como su denominaci\u00f3n terminol\u00f3gica durante un periodo que abarca desde 1909 hasta 1922. Durante esos a\u00f1os, el protagonismo de la capital madrile\u00f1a aumenta en la medida que se desarrollan los primeros episodios vanguardistas tales como la publicaci\u00f3n de manifiestos futuristas y la celebraci\u00f3n de la exposici\u00f3n de artistas \u00edntegros, ambos episodios a cargo de ram\u00f3n g\u00f3mez de la serna. Junto a barcelona y bilbao, Madrid intenta ser el centro de renovaci\u00f3n de las artes, destac\u00e1ndose los primeros intentos de oposici\u00f3n al sistema tradicional que las exposiciones nacionales de bellas artes hab\u00edan consagrado desde 1856. En ese ambiente de renovaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica, encuentran un escenario id\u00f3neo para desarrollar sus actividades te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas art\u00edsticas como celso lagar, rafael barradas, rafael alberti, v\u00e1zquez d\u00edaz, los delaunay, norah borges, w. Jahl o m.
