{"id":34315,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/analisis-cinetico-y-optimacion-de-la-sintesis-enzimatica-de-productos-quirales\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"analisis-cinetico-y-optimacion-de-la-sintesis-enzimatica-de-productos-quirales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-tecnologicas\/analisis-cinetico-y-optimacion-de-la-sintesis-enzimatica-de-productos-quirales\/","title":{"rendered":"Analisis cinetico y optimacion de la sintesis enzimatica de productos quirales."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Rafael \u00e1ngel Garc\u00eda Mu\u00f1oz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Considerando que la utilizaci\u00f3n de procesos biol\u00f3gicos y bioqu\u00edmicos para la obtenci\u00f3n de productos considerados de qu\u00edmica fina, de elevado valor a\u00f1adido,  est\u00e1 siendo un campo fundamental de la biotecnolog\u00eda, el presente trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n ha tenido como finalidad la s\u00edntesis, modelado cin\u00e9tico y optimaci\u00f3n de \u00e9steres alfa-sustituidos, empleando enzimas inmovilizadas como catalizadores biol\u00f3gicos. Dentro de estos \u00e9steres, los beta-hidroxi-alfa-amino\u00e9steres se han convertido en el centro de numerosas investigaciones, debido a que constituyen un fragmento fundamental en ciertos compuestos de inter\u00e9s biol\u00f3gico y farmacol\u00f3gico, tales como el taxol, bestatina, etc. Adem\u00e1s la ruta de s\u00edntesis m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctica es la de utilizar como productos de partida oxiranos con radicales furano, tiofeno, piridina o fenilo. As\u00ed, en la presente memoria se han utilizado oxiranos alif\u00e1ticos y arom\u00e1ticos como productos de partida. Si bien el \u00e9ster sintetizado a partir del feniloxirano con el \u00e1cido 2-clorobut\u00edrico presentaba muchas ventajas por la presencia del grupo fenilo y por la del grupo cloro en la posici\u00f3n alfa del \u00e1cido utilizado, de f\u00e1cil sustituci\u00f3n por un radical amino, presentaba un problema y era su elevada reactividad, lo que hacia problem\u00e1tico su estudio cin\u00e9tico desde el punto de vista de la cin\u00e9tica de michaelis-menten; por todo lo cual, se realiz\u00f3 la s\u00edntesis con un ep\u00f3xido alif\u00e1tico, el 1,2-epoxi-5-hexeno, menos reactivo que da lugar a un \u00e9ster con un grupo alcohol y un carbono con un grupo cloro en la posici\u00f3n alfa del \u00e9ster, susceptible de ser sustituido por un grupo amino. Se realiz\u00f3 la cin\u00e9tica de ambos procesos aplicando un mecanismo ordenado bi-bi, obteni\u00e9ndose los par\u00e1metros cin\u00e9ticos correspondientes, dentro del campo experimental ensayado. Tambi\u00e9n mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1go factorial de experimentos se obtuvieron las condiciones m\u00e1s id\u00f3neas para la posible aplicaci<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
