El trabajo se divide en tres partes, cada una correspondiente a las etapas aludidas. A lo largo de cada una de las etapas se realiza un estudio de la citada jurisprudencia en relaci\u00f3n a cada uno de los derechos educativos. Se incluyen, adem\u00e1s, constantes referencias a la doctrina, al entenderse que un trabajo de estas caracter\u00edsticas no puede realizarse desconociendo las consideraciones que la doctrina haya realizado. Entendemos, sin embargo, que la principal aportaci\u00f3n del trabajo lo constituye el conjunto de sentencias del tribunal supremo, que aparecen sistematizadas. La labor de este tribunal, ya importante de por s\u00ed, adquiere una mayor relevancia, si cabe, trat\u00e1ndose de una cuesti\u00f3n como la educativa, que hist\u00f3ricamente, especialmente en
