Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se han dise\u00f1ado, construido y puesto a punto varios dispositivos experimentales: los que nos permiten medir los flujos y las concentraciones en los experimentos de destilaci\u00f3n en membranas, con contacto directo y con \u00abgap\u00bb de aire, y los que nos permiten caracterizar las membranas (presi\u00f3n de entrada de l\u00edquido en sus poros, conductividad t\u00e9rmica y \u00e1ngulo de contacto en avance). Se ha estudiado la influencia de los distintos p\u00e1rametros que intervienen en los procesos de destilaci\u00f3n en membranas como son : la temperatura media, la diferencia de temperaturas y la concentraci\u00f3n inicial de alcohol en el alimento, para las dos modalidades de destilaci\u00f3n en membranas, y, para el caso de \u00abgap\u00bb de aire, adem\u00e1s, la velocidad de paso tangenical de la disoluci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la c\u00e9lula, el tipo de membrana, el tipo de alcohol y el espesor del \u00abgap\u00bb de aire.  se han propuesto diferentes modelos para el c\u00e1lculo de la polarizaci\u00f3n de temperaturas. Partiendo del conocimiento de los perfiles de temperatura y de concentraci\u00f3n, determinados previamente, se han conseguido predecir los flujos de permeado, observados experimentalmente, con el modelo de difusi\u00f3n en pel\u00edcula estancada para sistemas multicomponentes usando las ecuaciones de stefan-maxwell.  tambi\u00e9n, se ha estudiado la influencia de la temperatura y de la concentraci\u00f3n, de las disoluciones de diferentes alcoholes en agua, en la presi\u00f3n de entrada de l\u00edquido en los poros de las membranas hidr\u00f3fobas.
