La utilizacion de compuestos dopantes para conseguir el control microestructural deseado a\u00f1ade nuevas dificultades en el procedimiento.  en el trabajo presentado se ha elaborado un metodo de dopado de las particulas de titanato de bario mediante el cual se consigue una distribucion homogenea del compuesto dopante en superficie. Este metodo de dopado proporciona un control microestructural elevado, inhibiendo los procesos de crecimiento cristalino exagerado tipicos en titanato de bario.  se establece una primera aproximacion al problema de determinar a traves de que factores tiene lugar la interrelacion microestructura propiedades y procesamiento.  el crecimiento cristalino se reduce como consecuencia de la reduccion de la energia superficial de las particulas.
