Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el trabajo presentado se ha estudiado la inmovilizaci\u00f3n de termo lisina sobre gel de s\u00edlice silanizado y activado con glutaraldeh\u00eddo. La selecci\u00f3n de las condiciones \u00f3ptimas de inmovilizaci\u00f3n se ha realizado en funci\u00f3n de la actividad retenida sobre el soporte y de la estabilidad del derivado preparado. Se ha llevado a cabo tambi\u00e9n la inmovilizaci\u00f3n de termolisina sobre geles de agarosa activados por eterificaci\u00f3n con glicidol y posteriormente oxidados con peryodato s\u00f3dico. Para la selecci\u00f3n de las variables \u00f3ptimas se utiliz\u00f3 el mismo criterio que en el caso anterior.
