Recientemente los materiales con elementos de bajo numero atomico estan siendo ampliamente utilizados y los reactores de la siguiente generacion los utilizaran.  en el presente trabajo se realiza un estudio acerca de la deposicion \u00abin situ\u00bb en la camara de dispositivos de fusion de peliculas de carbono y carbono\/boro por descomposicion de la fase gaseosa asistida por plasma.  tambien se ha realizado un estudio acerca de la erosion de estos recubrimientos por bombardeo de iones energeticos y radicales reactivos.
