El objetivo de este estudio ha sido el valorar la capacidad predictiva que determinadas t\u00e9cnicas de medicina nuclear, el spect con t1-201 y la tomograf\u00eda de emisi\u00f3n de positrones, tienen a la hora de predecir la recuperaci\u00f3n contr\u00e1ctil de zonas mioc\u00e1rdicas con severos trastornos de la contractilidad pero viables y, por lo tanto, potencialmente recuperables tras la cirug\u00eda. Se han estudiado mediante ambas t\u00e9cnicas una poblaci\u00f3n de pacientes con disminuci\u00f3n de la fracci\u00f3n de eyecci\u00f3n y trastornos severos de la funci\u00f3n contr\u00e1ctil previamente a la revascularizaci\u00f3n, valorando ecocardiograficamente la potencial mejora de la contractilidad postquir\u00fargica predicha por ambas t\u00e9cnicas. Ambas t\u00e9cnicas demuestran su utilidad de cara a la identificaci\u00f3n del miocardio viable, mostrando la tomograf\u00eda de emisi\u00f3n de positrones una mayor especificidad y valor predictivo
