Por ello, las plantas y otros organismos han desarrollado sistemas de respuesta a crecimiento en suelos con baja concentraci\u00f3n de fosfato asimilable.  mediante estrategias basadas en la purificaci\u00f3n y secuenciaci\u00f3n parcial de prote\u00ednas, se ha identificado un clon de una ribonucleasa. Asimismo, mediante estrategias de hibridaci\u00f3n diferencial se ha clonado un gen altamente inducible (atpsi4), que codifica un arn sin un marco de lectura abierto con un tama\u00f1o acorde con el transcrito y que podr\u00eda actuar como un riborregulador y\/o a trav\u00e9s de un p\u00e9ptido de muy peque\u00f1o tama\u00f1o.
