El estudio realizado comprende la separaci\u00f3n e identificaci\u00f3n de los diferentes fotopotenciales.  se han realizado estudios experimentales sobre uniones de si y muestras de inp sometidas a la irradiaci\u00f3n procedente de diferentes l\u00e1seres pulsados de co2.  se han identificado dos se\u00f1ales positivas a temperatura ambiente y otras dos a 80 k, habi\u00e9ndose propuesto un modelo te\u00f3rico para una de ellas: el llamado efecto de ionizaci\u00f3n por impacto estimulado por luz (lsiie).  los potenciales negativos han sido el objeto principal del estudio presentado, se han conseguido identificar dos efectos propiamente negativos, causados por los portadores calientes mayoritarios: el efecto de fotoemisi\u00f3n interna (ipe) y el efecto fotodin\u00e1mico de barrera (bpe), y un tercer efecto, cuyo signo depende del tipo de portador que proporcione la contribuci\u00f3n dominante: el efecto fotodin\u00e1mico de gradiente (gpe).  para todos ellos se han propuesto modelos te\u00f3ricos que expliquen los mecanismos f\u00edsicos que los generan, los cuales han sido satisfactoriamente ajustados a los resultados experimentales
