{"id":34563,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-del-estado-nutritivo-de-un-colectivo-de-alcoholicos-de-la-comunidad-de-castilla-la-mancha\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-del-estado-nutritivo-de-un-colectivo-de-alcoholicos-de-la-comunidad-de-castilla-la-mancha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/estudio-del-estado-nutritivo-de-un-colectivo-de-alcoholicos-de-la-comunidad-de-castilla-la-mancha\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio del estado nutritivo de un colectivo de alcoholicos de la comunidad de castilla-la mancha."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Laura Pares Pollan <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de este estudio ha sido estudiar a partir de la dieta, par\u00e1metros antropom\u00e9tricos, bioqu\u00edmicos y hematol\u00f3gicos, el estado nutritivo de un colectivo de 165 pacientes alcoh\u00f3licos que durante los a\u00f1os 1994 y 1995 acudieron a la unidad de drogodependencias del \u00e1rea sanitaria de talavera de la reina, de los cuales 82 eran alcoh\u00f3licos recien diagnosticados (ard) y 83 eran alcoh\u00f3licos que estaban en tratamiento de deshabituaci\u00f3n (atd).  el perfil medio del colectivo alcoh\u00f3lico estudiado correspondi\u00f3 al de un var\u00f3n, fumador, con una edad media comprendida entre los 35 y 54 a\u00f1os. Las calor\u00edas procedentes del alcohol fueron aditivas al resto de la ingesta cal\u00f3rica cuando representaron un aporte medio en torno al 35%, mientras que cuando superaron el 50% de la ingesta energ\u00e9tica sustituyeron a la de otros nutrientes.  la ingesta de alcohol se relacion\u00f3 negativamente con el consumo de alimentos dulces. Conforme aument\u00f3 el porcentaje de calor\u00edas procedentes del alcohol se produjo un mayor descenso en el porcentaje de calor\u00edas correspondiente a los carbohidratos. Los ard tuvieron un consumo bajo en verduras y frutas. El consumo de alcohol influy\u00f3 en la ingesta de tiamina, riboflavina, folatos, beta-carotenos, vitamina d, vitamina e, calcio y cinc. La sobrecarga de hierro fue la situaci\u00f3n mas frecuentemente encontrada en ard y los niveles de hdl-colesterol estuvieron elevados en este grupo. Los niveles de folato en sangre fueron mas bajos en alcoh\u00f3licos sobre todo en los atd.  se concluye de forma global que tanto los alcoh\u00f3licos cr\u00f3nicos como los que se encuentran en tratamiento pueden tener problemas nutricionales que contribuyan a perjudicar su calidad de vida y dificulten su reinserci\u00f3n sanitaria y social.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
