Esta tiene su expresi\u00f3n en la cultura y en las formas del lenguaje.  la relaci\u00f3n de estos conceptos ha tenido diversas aplicaciones basadas en diferentes modelos te\u00f3ricos:  minoritaria y nacionalista al que se a\u00f1ade el modelo arm\u00f3nico que se propone como novedad en este trabajo.  la promoci\u00f3n de las formas del lenguaje ha tenido espa\u00f1a un desarrollo acelerado a partir de la constituci\u00f3n de 1978 y la consolidaci\u00f3n de la uni\u00f3n europea.  se analiza en el trabajo la repercusi\u00f3n del pensamiento en el desarrollo de las formas del lenguaje minoritario en especial en las aptitudes que favorecen el desarrollo del bilinguismo. Tambi\u00e9n se analizan las aptitudes, la clave que favorece o entorpece la relaci\u00f3n de las normas.  estos an\u00e1lisis te\u00f3ricos se experimentan en un programa de promoci\u00f3n linguistina llamado e.D.A.L. (Ense\u00f1anza, desarrollo y aprendizaje de lenguas). Con los datos aportados en este programa se llega a la afirmaci\u00f3n fundamental: el bilinguismo arm\u00f3nico es una forma de riqueza en las identidades culturales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
