{"id":34637,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-la-inervacion-de-la-uvea-anterior-mediante-tecnicas-inmunohistoquimicas\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-de-la-inervacion-de-la-uvea-anterior-mediante-tecnicas-inmunohistoquimicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/estudio-de-la-inervacion-de-la-uvea-anterior-mediante-tecnicas-inmunohistoquimicas\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de la inervacion de la uvea anterior mediante tecnicas inmunohistoquimicas."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Romero Garcia Tenorio Ana M. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos utilizado anticuerpos espec\u00edficos frente a las tres proteinas constituyentes de los neurofilamentos (anti nf-68, anti nf-160, anti nf-200) para poner de manifiesto los elementos neuronales en montajes planos uveales de conejo albino.  en nuestras preparaciones se demuestra la presencia de inmunorreactividad positiva para las tres proteinas del neurofilamento en toda la extensi\u00f3n uveal anterior, variando la intensidad de la se\u00f1al que adopta distinta morfolog\u00eda en funci\u00f3n de su localizaci\u00f3n.  existen fibras nerviosas inmunopositivas a nivel del cuerpo ciliar, con distribuci\u00f3n ecuatorial, que se ramifican de forma abundante constituyendo un plexo a ese nivel. Utilizando anti nf-160 y anti nf-200 tambien se identifican c\u00e9lulas ganglionares que forman parte del plexo ciliar.  a lo largo de la superficie iridiana existen fibras nerviosas con inmunorreactividad positiva que alcanzan su mayor concentraci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea media del dilatador. Estas fibras presentan un patr\u00f3n circular en el margen ciliar y desde aqu\u00ed parten gruesos haces de axones que, con trayectoria radial y morfolog\u00eda en uve, se dirigen hacia la porci\u00f3n central del dilatador.
