A trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis de las caracter\u00edsticas, peculiaridades, desarrollos y aplicaciones de estos soportes, de las ventajas e inconvenientes para la comunicaci\u00f3n empresarial, y de los procesos funcionales y operativos en la agencia de publicidad multimedia interactiva, se concluye el dise\u00f1o de un modelo te\u00f3rico ad hoc de planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de comunicaci\u00f3n publicitaria multimedia interactiva.  en dicho modelo se plasma la transformaci\u00f3n que los soportes electr\u00f3nicos multimedia interactivos suscitan en el proceso de
