Este an\u00e1lisis pretende conseguir tres objetivos: uno conceptual, que permita definir con claridad el concepto de marketing directo; otro descriptivo, que facilite la apreciaci\u00f3n del conjunto de pr\u00e1cticas comerciales de naturaleza directa e interactiva en el panorama comercial espa\u00f1ol, y finalmente, un objetivo causal que permita determinar el conjunto de variables que determinan
