Lactis.  para la obtenci\u00f3n de anticuerpos policlonales, la nisina se conjug\u00f3 a dos mol\u00e9culas portadoras, la toxina col\u00e9rica y la hemocianina de megathura crenulata (klh) y se inmunizaron ratones balb\/c por v\u00eda intraperitoneal y subcut\u00e1nea. El conjugado de nisina a con klh, inoculado por v\u00eda subcut\u00e1nea, origin\u00f3 la respuesta inmune m\u00e1s potente y espec\u00edfica. Con estos anticuerpos se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo inmunoenzim\u00e1tico (elisa) de tipo competitivo directo que permite detectar niveles de nisina de hasta 5 ng\/ml.  tambi\u00e9n se han obtenido anticuerpos monoclonales frente a la nisina a a partir de dos fusiones celulares que originaron dos hibridomas productores de anticuerpos espec\u00edficos.
