Estos fenomenos in vitro median la liberacion al medio de esta molecula impidiendo la adhesion de las ceutifilas al endotelio.  este obra la posibilidad para el desarrollo de nuevos medicamentos antiinflamatorios con efecto selectino sobre esta molecula.  asimismo, en la segunda parte de este trabajo, se describe la accion de citoquinas como la i1-1, el tnf-alfa, el fn-alfa y el1 gm-csf en la modolecion de la expresion de (cam-1) en monocitos. Esta molecula de adhesion esta ampliamente representada en la sinovial y puede ser responsable de la acumulacion y mantenimiento de los macrofagos en la sinovial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
