Y ca. De pr\u00f3stata. En ellos se determinaron:  1.- Egfr por ria. 2.- P 185 por elisa, 3. Fgfb por elisa y 4. P 53 por inmunoluminescencia.  conclusiones: 1.- Hemos detectado expresi\u00f3n del factor de crecimiento epid\u00e9rmico (egfr), fracci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica del factor de crecimiento de los fibroblastos (fgfb) y oncoproteinas neu y p53 en muestras de tejido procedente de hiperplasia benigna prost\u00e1tica y de carcinoma prost\u00e1tico.  2.- Podemos afirmar que sobre el crecimiento de la gl\u00e1ndula prost\u00e1tica actuan diferentes factores reguladores, como lo demuestra la expresi\u00f3n de: receptor del factor de crecimiento epid\u00e9rmico (egfr), fracci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica del factor de crecimiento de los fibroblastos (fgfb) y oncoproteinas neu y p 53 en muestras de tejido prost\u00e1tico.  3.- El an\u00e1lisis bioqu\u00edmico procedente de las muestras hbp demostr\u00f3 niveles elevados de la fracci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica del factor de crecimiento de los fibroblastos en los casos de mayor volumen prost\u00e1tico.
