Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vibrio anguillarum y v. Alginolyitucus son dos de las especies de vibrio que m\u00e1s limitan la producci\u00f3n de doradas en la acuicultura de la regi\u00f3n sur-atl\u00e1ntica de espa\u00f1a. La interacci\u00f3n de estos pat\u00f3genos con las superficies m\u00e1s expuestas del pez determina el desarrollo de la infecci\u00f3n. En la presente tesis, se ha demostrado la capacidad de estos pat\u00f3genos para crecer utilizando las suspensiones de mocus de piel, branquias o tracto gastrointestinal de la dorada como \u00fanica fuente de nutrientes. V. Anguillarum y v. Alginolyticus presentaron capacidad de adhesi\u00f3n as\u00ed como quimioatracci\u00f3n hacia los tres tipos de mucus en estudio. La temperatura y la salinidad del medio ejercen una acusada influencia tanto en la quimioatracci\u00f3n como en las capacidades de adhesi\u00f3n a mucus de v. Anguillarum y v. Alginolyticus, siendo las condiciones de desarrollo del cultivo de la dorada favorecedoras de la colonizaci\u00f3n de dichas superficies.  igualmente, el crecimiento de estos microorganismos en condiciones restrictivas de hierro modificaba la adhesi\u00f3n y la quimiotaxis presentadas por estos pat\u00f3genos. La proliferaci\u00f3n de las cepas de v.
