Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente memoria se efect\u00faa una caracterizaci\u00f3n molecular y funcional de los sitios de uni\u00f3n de la angiotensina ii (ang ii) en h\u00edgado y hepatocitos aislados de rata. Los resultados muestran la existencia de una \u00fanica clase de sitios de uni\u00f3n para la ang ii en la membrana plasm\u00e1tica de h\u00edgado de rata. Estos lugares, sensibles al ditiotreitol y del subtipo at1, aparecen en una heterogeneidad de formas moleculares relacionadas, probablemente, con diversos grados de glicosilaci\u00f3n de la mol\u00e9cula receptora. Adem\u00e1s, en gradiente de ph, se identifican dos complejos hormona-receptor, siendo la isoforma m\u00e1s b\u00e1sica (pi 6.8) la correspondiente a la uni\u00f3n espec\u00edfica y funcional para el agonista.  en hepatocitos aislados la ang ii indujo un r\u00e1pido proceso de endocitosis del complejo homonareceptor, un descenso en los niveles de camp inducido por forskolina, un transitorio incremento en los niveles de inositol trisfosfato (ip3), y un aumento en la movilizaci\u00f3n del ca2+ intracelular, con una fase r\u00e1pida y transitoria liberaci\u00f3n del ion desde los lugares de almacenamiento celular, seguida de una entrada sostenida a trav\u00e9s de canales voltaje-dependientes.  el pre-tratamiento de los hepatocitos con \u00f3xido fenilars\u00e9nico, que previene el proceso de internalizaci\u00f3n del complejo hormona-receptor, no tuvo consecuencias sobre el efecto inhibidor de la ang ii sobre la formaci\u00f3n de camp, reduciendo en cambio los niveles intracelulares de ip2 e ip3, as\u00ed como la fase sostenida de movilizaci\u00f3n de calcio.
