{"id":34804,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/determinacion-de-multicomponentes-en-espectrofotometria-ultravioleta-visible\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"determinacion-de-multicomponentes-en-espectrofotometria-ultravioleta-visible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/determinacion-de-multicomponentes-en-espectrofotometria-ultravioleta-visible\/","title":{"rendered":"Determinacion de multicomponentes en espectrofotometria ultravioleta-visible."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Garcia Rodriguez Ana M. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis, se estudian distintos tipos de m\u00e9todos para la resoluci\u00f3n espectrofotom\u00e9trica simult\u00e1nea de varias mezclas constituidas por tres, cuatro y seis iones met\u00e1licos (zn, cd, cu, fe, co y ni), basadas en la formaci\u00f3n de sus complejos con la 1,5 bis (di-2, piridilmetilen) tiocarbohidracida (dpth).  la dpth es un buen reactivo cromog\u00e9nico de car\u00e1cter general que puede reaccionar con gran n\u00famero de iones, pero estas reacciones no son selectivas, por lo que es imposible determinar estos iones simult\u00e1neamente por los m\u00e9todos espectrofotom\u00e9tricos tradicionales.  la resoluci\u00f3n de estas mezclas se realiza utilizando varios m\u00e9todos de calibraci\u00f3n multivariantes: m\u00ednimos cuadrados cl\u00e1sicos (cls), mediante el programa multic, regresi\u00f3n en componentes principales (pcr) y m\u00ednimos cuadrados parciales (pls-1 y pls-2). Se ha utilizado asimismo la t\u00e9cnica de derivadas (primera y segunda); present\u00e1ndose un estudio comparativo de los resultados obtenidos por todas estas t\u00e9cnicas.  con objeto de determinar los iones anteriormente citados se han investigado las condiciones \u00f3ptimas de operaci\u00f3n (ph, concentraci\u00f3n de reactivos, regi\u00f3n espectral, n.
