(Wander).  se comprueba que la ingesta es porcentualmente alta en grasa total y monoinsaturada, y baja en carbohidratos. Se analizaron fuentes de variabilidad en la ingesta (sexo, fin de semana, variabilidad interindividuos e intraindividuo&#8230;). Se realiz\u00f3 un estudio de concordancia de resultados obtenidos mediante 2 tablas de c composici\u00f3n de alimentos diferentes, encontr\u00e1ndose concordancia moderada o baja para colesterol y \u00e1cidos grasos poliinsaturados.  se estudiaron los datos cl\u00ednicos, de control gluc\u00e9mico y perfil lip\u00eddico de los pacientes, comprobando las asociaciones m\u00e1s relevantes de estas variables entre s\u00ed y con las de ingesta.  finalmente se analiz\u00f3 la adherencia de estas personas con diabetes a las recomendaciones vigentes, que result\u00f3 alta para prote\u00ednas y agp, y baja para carbohidratos, colesterol y ags. Divididos los pacientes en funci\u00f3n de su adherencia a dichas recomendaciones, no se encontraron diferencias relevantes en control metab\u00f3lico ni en perfil
