Estos procesos de adhesi\u00f3n e invasi\u00f3n se pueden describir por isotermas de saturaci\u00f3n (caracter\u00edsticos de interacciones receptor\/ligando).  la bacteria se replica intracelularmente, alcanzando un m\u00e1ximo a las 28-52 h. Tras la internalizaci\u00f3n. Tambien se describe que esta l\u00ednea celular posee actividad antibacteriana frente a salmonella, que se incrementa en presencia de ifngamma, il-1 y lps. Se demuestra que el ani\u00f3n super\u00f3xido y los per\u00f3xidos son mol\u00e9culas efectoras de la capacidad antibacteriana. No se pudo demostrar la implicaci\u00f3n de los intermediarios reactivos de nitr\u00f3geno en esta actividad, ni tampoco la implicaci\u00f3n de radicales hidroxilo. As\u00ed mismo se demuestra por primera vez que el interfer\u00f3n gamma induce la producci\u00f3n de per\u00f3xidos en hepatocitos.
