Para ello, dicho dispositivo permite imponer gradientes de presi\u00f3n, temperatura, potencial el\u00e9ctrico y flujo de volumen, mediante control digital, midiendo en tiempo real, la respuesta del sistema.  las actuaciones usadas para la analog\u00eda din\u00e1mica y la experimental han sido, b\u00e1sicamente, en forma de escal\u00f3n y rampa, encontr\u00e1ndose una relaci\u00f3n funcional entre el tama\u00f1o de poro y las frecuencias naturales del sistema.  as\u00ed mismo, se ha obtenido la relaci\u00f3n existente entre la porosidad y la permeabilidad hidrodin\u00e1mica, haciendo uso de un modelo capilar.  tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado experimentalmente el potencial de flujo, mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de una rampa de flujo, determin\u00e1ndose que los valores exhibidos obedecen a un sistema din\u00e1mico de primer orden, y observ\u00e1ndose una relajaci\u00f3n en dos etapas: primero una de tipo mec\u00e1nico y despues, otra de tipo el\u00e9ctrico.  por \u00faltimo, mediante resoluci\u00f3n num\u00e9rica de la ecuaci\u00f3n de poisson-boltzmann aplicada al modelo capilar, se ha determinado el potencial zeta y la distribuci\u00f3n de carga el\u00e9ctrica superficial en los poros, empleando para ello los modelos de adsorci\u00f3n de langmuir y freundlinch. De los resultados obtenidos se infiere, que el modelo de poro capilar es s\u00f3lo aplicable a las membranas nuclepore y no a las millipore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
