{"id":34966,"date":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/mecanismos-moleculares-de-inhibicion-de-atpasas-transportadoras-de-calcio\/"},"modified":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1998-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"mecanismos-moleculares-de-inhibicion-de-atpasas-transportadoras-de-calcio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/mecanismos-moleculares-de-inhibicion-de-atpasas-transportadoras-de-calcio\/","title":{"rendered":"Mecanismos moleculares de inhibicion de atpasas transportadoras de calcio."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Fernando Plenge Tellechea <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis doctoral se plantea el estudio de las posibles analog\u00edas y diferencias fundacionales entre las atpasas dependientes de calcio de ret\u00edculo sarcoplasmatico (serca) y de membrana plasm\u00e1tica (pmca), as\u00ed como de obtener un conocimiento m\u00e1s profundo del efecto de ciertas toxinas y drogas sobre estos enzimas.  parte a) estudios sobre la atpasa tipo serca el compuesto \u00e1cido ciclopiaz\u00f3nico (cpa) es una toxina que inhibe de forma espec\u00edfica a estas atpasas cuando se utiliza en cantidades equimolares con respecto al enzima.  en esta memoria se han estudiado los efectos funcionales de cpa sobre el sitio de fosforilaci\u00f3n del enzima y la interacci\u00f3n cpa-enzima en relaci\u00f3n con los estados conformacionales de la prote\u00edna dependientes de calcio.  parte b) estudios sobre la atpasa tipo pmca.  en estos estudios se ha utilizado el agonista adren\u00e9rgico tipo beta 2 ritodrina y los antidepresivos triciclicos.  los estudios se basan en el an\u00e1lisis del ciclo catal\u00edtico y de las etapas esenciales involucradas en la interacci\u00f3n de calcio, atp y fosfato inorg\u00e1nico con el enzima.  los resultados obtenidos en este trabajo confirman que las atpasas de tipo serca y pmca comparten las caracter\u00edsticas b\u00e1sicas relacionadas con el proceso de trasduccion de energia, es decir, transporte de calcio e hidr\u00f3lisis acoplada de atp. La distinta sensibilidad frente a determinadas drogas y toxinas indica la existencia de aspectos diferenciadores que pueden estar relacionados con la capacidad de
