Las convicciones teol\u00f3gicas asumidas por cada uno de los ideales tipo han dado lugar a diversos supuestos antropol\u00f3gicos, los cuales determinan a su vez diferentes concepciones acerca del derecho y la pol\u00edtica.  as\u00ed, mientras el iusnaturalismo formal calvinista, basado en la naturaleza corrupta del hombre, se limita a elaborar enunciados universales de car\u00e1cter formal, el iusnaturalismo material jesuita, al subrayar el libre albedr\u00edo de los hombres, cree por el contrario en la posibilidad de enunciados universales de car\u00e1cter material. Adem\u00e1s, el republicanismo calvinista constituye una teor\u00eda p\u00fablica aut\u00f3noma que ha influ\u00eddo sobre las modernas doctrinas del contrato social, de la justicia constitucional y del federalismo. En cambio, la otra opci\u00f3n constituye una teor\u00eda pol\u00edtica heter\u00f3noma que aspira a subordinar la esfera pol\u00edtica a la eclesi\u00e1stica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
