Se estudian geometr\u00edas planas y tubulares as\u00ed como membranas org\u00e1nicas e inorg\u00e1nicas. El par\u00e1metro principal es el ph de trabajo que se estudi\u00f3 entre 5 y 9. Adem\u00e1s se ha abordado la influencia de procesos de diafiltraci\u00f3n continua y discontinua. Se han obtenido grados de purificaci\u00f3n en torno al 40% (respecto al 13 % presente en el lactosuero original. En cuanto al grado de recuperaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimo es superior al 85 %.  los mejores ph de trabajo se encuentran en torno a 7 puesto que a ph inferiores las densidades de flujo de permeado y las transmisiones reducen la eficacia del proceso. Las membranas de 100 kda de corte molecular de \u00f3xido de zirconio con base de carb\u00f3n son las que mejores resultados han dado en este trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
